เนื่องจาก Nipa ใช้การ Update Windows จาก WSUS และทาง Microsoft ไม่ support การใช้ WSUS เป็น source ของ FoD
ดังนั้นการจะ enable .Net Framework 3.5 ขึ้นมาใช้งานบน Windows Server จะต้องทำการ config เพิ่มเติมไม่เช่นนั้นจะเกิด error ดังนี้
วิธีการ bypass WSUS ทำได้ดังนี้
เปิด Group Policy setting ขึ้นมา
เข้าไปที่ Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System
เลือกหัวข้อ Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair
ปรับค่าจาก Disabled เป็น Enabled
และติ๊กช่อง Download repair content and optional features directly from Windows Update instead of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
กดปุ่ม OK
หลังจากนั้นเข้าไป Add feature .Net Framework 3.5 ตามปกติ
